Product Questions
What are the different shoe widths?
For men’s shoes the standard width is D, for women’s shoes the standard width is B. Please click the link to see a chart to help break down the different shoe widths for men, and women’s shoes.
What shoes/insoles should I purchase?
At BEST GOLF USA, we have an in–depth FIT process in-store that would allow us to fit you in the proper shoes based on your foot type and any special conditions. In order to provide the best recommendation we suggest stopping by your local BEST GOLF USA to receive a full assessment, or giving one of our stores a call to speak with a Fit Specialist. A directory of all stores, including their contact information, can be found here.
Is this item in-stock on BEST GOLF USA.com?
If BESTGOLFUSA.COM does have an item in stock then the sizes would be in a grey box with a white outline/number. If BESTGOLFUSA.COM is out of stock then the sizes will be a white box with a grey outline/number.
Is this item in-stock at my local store?
To see if an item is in-stock at your local store you will first need to enter your zip code on the top left corner of the webpage, where it says “Enter zip…”. Once you have entered your zip code, continue shopping like normal. If you see an item that you are interested in please select the correct size (if applicable), and if it is in stock at a store within 75 miles of your zip code, then a pop up will appear below the size chart with that particular store’s contact information. If it is not in stock within 75 miles, then nothing will appear below the size chart. It is recommended to call the store first to verify their inventory, just in case the item is on hold for another customer.

SHIPPING COSTS
- All shoppers will enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $40, via Fedex/USPS Smartpost Shipping. Note your order must hit the threshold after all discounts and coupons are applied to be eligible for free shipping.
- For all orders under $40, there will be a $7.99 shipping fee.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (please see chart below for details). **Please note expedited shipping is not available for purchases of 5 or more pairs of shoes.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship any orders placed on bestgolfusa.com to destinations outside of the United States at this time. We do however, deliver to all US territories that accept packages to an AFO, FPO, or PO box.

How can I track my order?
If you placed your BESTGOLFUSA.COM online order while logged into your profile on BESTGOLFUSA.COM, then you should be able to see your past order history on your profile. When you view your past history click on “Order Details,” and the tracking number will be provided for the order. (Note: If guest check out was used to place the order, then your order will not appear on your BESTGOLFUSA.COM profile.)
There is also an automatic shipping email that is sent to the email address that was used on your order that includes the tracking information.

Where does my order ship from?
Glad you asked! Unlike traditional warehouses, at bestgolfusa.com your order is fulfilled by one of our local BEST GOLF USA stores throughout the country. Each store is locally owned, and operated, meaning 69% of your purchase goes back into the local community. When you shop at BEST GOLF USA online, you shop local.
Billing & Payment
How do I check out?
- First find the item you want to purchase, select the correct size, and quantity of the item. Then click the blue button “Add To Cart,” located below the size list.
- After hitting the “Add To Cart” button, your website will redirect you to our “Cart” page. Verify the item(s) in your cart. Then want to click the button “Continue To Check Out.”
- On the shipping page either log into your BEST GOLF USA profile, and continue to check out that way, or scroll down to continue with guest check out /account. On the same page called “Shipping Information,” you will want to select your shipping method as either standard, or expedited. Then fill out your information, and shipping address. Then you will want to click the box next to the “I’m not a robot,” before finally clicking the “Continue” button.
- On the final page called “Billing Information,” you will want to input your credit card information or PayPal, as well as any gift card information. (If your billing address is different that your shipping address, then please uncheck the box next to “Use Shipping Address,” and then type in your correct billing address.) Once you finish with your credit card information you will then want to click the “Place Secure Order,” button. Please make sure that there are no additional spaces surrounding your credit card number, or else the order will not process, and an error message will occur.

How do I apply my coupon code?
During the billing information portion of check out, click the “+” next to the words “Add a Coupon Code.” The section will then expand with a box that you can copy, and paste, or type your coupon code in. Then click the “Add a Coupon Code,” button and the coupon will be applied to your order total shown on the right side of the page.
Where can I see my purchase history?
You can see your online order purchase history via your bestgolfusa.com profile. However purchases made at a BEST GOLF USA store, or by using guest check out on bestgolfusa.com are not able to be shown on your bestgolfusa.com profile. If you are looking for a specific purchase, and you cannot see it on your profile please reach out to us at, and we will be more than happy to search for you. (If you are looking an in-store purchase please let us know what store you shopped at in your initial email.)
Can I use my store credit, or store discount online?
Unfortunately at this time we do not have the functionality to redeem store credit’s, or store discounts online. If you do have any other questions about your store credit, or store discounts, please reach out directly to your local store.
Order Cancellations
Why was my order canceled?
We are a network of locally owned stores, and most bestgolfusa.com orders are fulfilled by a BEST GOLF USA store as opposed to from a distribution center. This can sometimes cause store-level inventory errors to make an item appear available on our website, when it is either unfit for sale due to wear, is on reserve for another customer, or was already sold but not taken out of our inventory system. One of these cases likely occurred either within our bestgolfusa.com inventory system or at the BEST GOLF USA store that was to fulfill your order, and there were no other locations in our system with your item in inventory such that we could reassign your order. Please note, the item may still show available online for a brief period; however, we are unable to fulfill any further orders for the item.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes you will receive your purchased item with matching picture.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Overview
Our refund and returns or Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At BEST GOLF USA, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is very important to us. If for some reason the gear you selected was not perfect for you, return your item, in new, unused, unworn, or unwashed condition in within 30 days of your purchase date. We also ask to include some type of order identification; whether it be receipt, order ID, phone number, email address, or address. We will be happy to help you with an exchange or issue a refund to the original method of payment. Some exclusions apply:
Holiday Return Policy:
Orders placed between November 15, 2021 through December 25, 2021 may be returned up to January 31, 2022. All purchases made after 12/25/2021 are subject to the standard return policy. Some items are not eligible for the extended holiday return policy, such as gift cards, club memberships, clearance merchandise, and all final sale items.
Without a receipt:
- A gift card will be issued at the current price, in accordance to the guidelines.
Footwear:
- Unless you are a BEST GOLF USA Club member that gets the 30 day Wear Test Guarantee, the shoe box and shoes must be returned in a new and unused condition.
- When sending shoes back, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Please put shoes AND shoe box in a shipping container that fully conceals the package.
- To expedite your return process please enclose a copy of the original invoice, packing slip, or register receipt.
- If Footwear is returned worn or in unsellable condition, we will not be able to issue a credit in an original form of payment.
Watches and Electronics
- Returns will only be accepted with an original sales receipt, unopened original packaging, and with price tags intact. Merchandise that is scratched, damaged or used is not returnable.
Apparel and Accessories:
- All Apparel and Accessories are returnable, provided it is not worn, price tags are intact, and a sales receipt accompanies the items.
Nutrition:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any food items such as energy gels, bars, or drink mixes.
Bikes and Strollers
- Bikes, Bike Accessories, and Strollers are not available for return online or in-store.
Defective Merchandise:
- Please contact us at SERVICE@BESTGOLFUSA.COM about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.
- All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer’s defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
BEST GOLF USA Club Members:
30 Day Footwear Wear Test Guarantee
An advantage of the BEST GOLF USA Club Membership is our Footwear Wear Test Guarantee. You can run in your new shoes RISK-FREE for up to 30 days (from your purchase date). If they’re not a perfect fit simply exchange them for another pair. No questions asked.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE
- The fastest way to Exchange your item(s), is to reorder what you need online today.
- Ship your unwanted item(s) back to the address below. Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with the return, and are non-refundable.
- We will process your return within 14 days when received back at our distribution center.
- When sending back returns, you must include either the original packing slip or receipt to complete order processing; and please try to use the original packaging you received your items in.
- Do not forget to keep tracking information, as you will be responsible until we receive the items into our distribution center.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@bestgolfusa.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I confirm my email address?
Once a rewards account is created on bestgolfusa.com, or on the BEST GOLF USA app, you will be prompted via email to confirm the email linked to your rewards account. This confirmation link should bring you to your online profile. To continue, you will need to simply log in, and click on the link in your email once more to ensure that email confirmation has successfully taken place. Once successful you should see a blank page that says “your email has been confirmed.”
If the link is not letting you click on it, please make sure you are clicking a link from the most recent email confirmation email. You can also copy, and paste the link into your browser. If you still cannot click it, or if the link wasn’t sent to you then please submit a request here.
How do I update my BEST GOLF USA app profile?
1.) Open your app, and log in. Then tap the three horizontal white lines, in the top left hand corner of the app.
2.) Click the “Profile” section. Then click on the words “Edit Personal Info.”
3.) Here you can add your first, & last name, phone number, birthdate, and add a profile picture. When you are finished editing please click the word “Save,” in the top right hand corner of the app.
*NOTE* At the bottom of the personal info page is an option to receive e-statements. E-statements are emails sent to your email address in regards to the coupons you have earned, as well as other rewards related emails.
What happed to Personal Rewards?
The previous Personal Rewards program was offered to customers at the local store level. Customers were able to accumulate Points based on purchases at one store location, but Points were not transferable to other locations. If you have vouchers from the Personal Rewards program, you are still able to use them. The expiration for $15 vouchers is now six months from the date of issue. To redeem a Personal Rewards voucher, please visit the store where you earned it. Additional Points from the old Personal Rewards program will not transfer to the new BEST GOLF USA Rewards Program.
